LESS ‘HOW TO’S’ AND MORE ‘WHAT FEELS RIGHT FOR YOU’S’
You’ve been a creative for a while now, and you’ve done plenty of The Admin Work.
Over the years you’ve probably accumulated a lot of materials, and maybe your bookmarks has several online courses you still intend to complete. Perhaps you even feel intimidated by all the material you need to work through, because you’re still uncertain about some of the core parts of your creative business. You have done so many PDF workbooks, but you still struggle to clearly define what kind of creative you want to become, and you can’t easily explain what a succesful business might look like for you.
You know what you should be doing (post 3 times a week, build your email list, contact potential partners or clients, daily affirmations, all that stuff) but despite your efforts a lot of things that are presented as ‘simple steps to success’ are really draining for you, leaving you feeling burnt out or overwhelmed.
But lovely creative, do you also know that
you are amazing and so very capable?
You can solve these problems because creative problem solving is one of your gifts.
You can discover new ways to do things because you are deeply imaginative.
You don’t need to change who you are to make this work, you can find what works for you.
Most programmes weren’t designed with you in mind, but this one is.
I believe that creatives need three key things to move forwards:
✨ to be informed about creative business,
✨ to feel supported on their emotional journey, and
✨ to find approaches that work with their needs.
Many group programmes focus primarily on the first two aspects of these – lots of material to read and work through, and the support of coach and cohort. While lots of these programmes are fantastic and led by great coaches, they just aren’t designed with the needs of super sensitive creatives in mind.
Here’s what’s different about this programme:
To help reduce overwhelm this programme isn’t pre-loaded with lots of written information.
Instead we meet for a 1:1 coaching session at the beginning of the programme so you can share your story, what your unique needs are and what you are really hoping to get from the experience.
You’ll benefit from being in a small group of likeminded people where everyone is given space (even if you are a quiet soul!).
The weekly group coaching sessions are loosely themed on key topics that are relevant to everyone (i.e. creative aspirations, visibility, how to actually sell what you do) but they are very open and fully responsive to you.
They are for you to ask questions, to share an experience, or to bring scenarios you want to work on. Everyone will be given an opportunity to speak each session.
Often these conversations will lead to me creating a resource to capture the key learning points, which I will share with the whole group and designed for visual learners. And of course I’ll share any materials I’ve created for clients in the past that could help you on your journey!
You’ll end the programme with a library of resources you understand and feel confident using (a welcome break from the ‘I haven’t finished’ guilt!).
One day a week you’ll be able to get in touch with me directly via voice message or text to let me know if you need more clarity or support.
At the end of the programme we’ll meet for a second 1:1 session so you can get focused support around what your right next steps are.
And to help with the transition I’ll be holding a monthly group coaching call for the group until October 2023.
I created this programme, because I’m super sensitive too!
I’m Eleanor (but you can call me Ellie!) I’m an artist and creativity coach with 15 years experience in sharing the creative process with thousands of people.
I’m also a highly sensitive creative who knows how difficult it can be to market your work, be visible online, overcome fears around networking and the many other challenges of being a sensitive artist. But with this experience I’ve come to see my sensitivity as one of my biggest strengths.
I’ve been a self-employed artist since 2009 and my own journey has included:
- Working as a full time artist, sharing my own artwork through exhibitions, residencies, funded projects and through selling work online.
- Gaining qualifications in art up to MA level, in counselling skills, and as a teacher and trainer for people aged 16+ in the arts.
- Working as a creative practitioner teaching art and craft subjects for people of all ages including in formal education, community and adult education, for museums, galleries and arts organisations.
I support sensitive creatives to embrace who they are,
find the approaches that work with their personality,
and learn to trust themselves on their creative path so they
can make what really matters to them.
coaching THAT UNDERSTANDS YOUR NEEDS AND DREAMS AS A SUPER SENSITIVE CREATIVE PERSON
This is a group coaching programme specifically designed for sensitive creatives. It will help you to move forwards with the business in ways that both benefit your longer term goals and don’t cause you overwhelm in the present, because your well-being is at the centre of the whole process.
You will look at where you dream of taking your business, your creative work and the life you long to live. We’ll explore which choices, approaches and actions would support that. But through each of these steps we’ll acknowledge how these might impact you and what can be done to reduce overwhelm or decision fatigue.
This doesn’t mean you won’t need to consider some difficult questions, or do the work! There will be challenging moments. But we’ll gently address the difficult areas together because I believe transformation doesn’t need to be traumatic.
I also strive to make as much of the process as creative as possible for you! We’ll look at what mediums or techniques you enjoy, and devise activities that will bring something to you as the creative being you are.
All with the support of a small group
of likeminded, understanding creatives!

But it could mean creating a new product range, applying for funding for your dream project or planning an exhibition.

Maybe it will be realising you don’t need to ‘fix’ yourself, so you can show up as the incredible person you are. To share your off-beat humour, or beautiful weirdness, or powerful values.

What could the
‘practical things’
look like?
I know these days there can be a fear of investing into your business unless you know the money will come back. I’m a creativity coach, not a business coach, so I will never use money as the marker of success as I know it’s just ONE part of a successful career.
BUT I do believe that to have success as a creative it is essential to build a business that works with you. True success and joy just cannot be built on foundations that make you stressed, unhappy or overwhelmed. And I have a lot of experience, having run my own creative business for 15 years.

Identifying the most appropriare platform for you to use to for you ideal client/ customers journey.
Developing a marketing strategy that is aligned with your personality, values and creative intentions.
Helping you to work out what really matters in your business, and look at how you can streamline or offload all the tedious admin that is weighing you doooooown.
Explore how you can clarify who it is you want to work with and put appropriate boundaries in place. Stop losing your precious time and energy to the wrong people or projects, you deserve better lovely.
Depending on interest I can also offer training on applying for funding, writing artist statements and applying for opportunities.
Plus all sorts of other WONDERFULLY useful things I wish I had known a decade ago!
How do we do this?
In this 1:1 coaching call you’ll have the opportunity to share your story, what your unique needs are and what you are really hoping to get from the experience. We’ll talk about what you’ve done in the past, what has and hasn’t worked for you, and how I can support you best.
We’ll come together for 6 weekly group coaching sessions of around 90 minutes each. They are for you to ask questions, to share an experience, or to bring scenarios you want to work on. Everyone will be given an opportunity to speak each session.
You’ll have a designated day to send text messages or leave voice messages where you can get clarification on things discussed in the group sessions, ask for accountability in taking your next steps or just to check in for some encouragement!
At the end of the weekly coaching calls we’ll meet again for a 1:1 session so you can get focused support around what your right next steps are. We’ll look at where you were at the beginning of the programme, how things have changed and where you want to go.
PLUS A MONTHLY CATCH-UP GROUP COACHING SESSION UNTIL OCTOBER 2023

QUESTIONS AND QUERIES YOU MIGHT HAVE
CAN I JOIN STELLAR SENSITIVE CREATIVES CONSTELLATION LATER IN THE YEAR INSTEAD?
Due to a few factors, this is the only group programme I’m intending to run this year. I do plan to run it again in 2024, but the price will be quite a bit higher when I do. The pricing of this round is simply because it’s the first cohort so I wanted to acknowledge that and to open it up to those already engaged in the work that I do.
WILL SESSIONS BE RECORDED IF I CAN’T ATTEND THEM ALL LIVE?
Of course! Every group session will be recorded, as will any additional workshops I run in response to your needs. You can also submit questions for me to answer if you need to. However I do recommend you come to as many as you possibly can as you’ll gain more from asking your questions on the call.
WILL THERE BE A PRIVATE FACEBOOK GROUP OR OTHER VIRTUAL COMMUNITY?
Nope! In my experience sensitive people find these platforms overwhelming and distracting. You’ll be completely welcome to create a private Whatsapp group between you to connect with each other, but that is your choice to make as a group :)
WHAT WILL THE WORKLOAD BE LIKE?
The core value of this experience is in the live coaching calls we’ll have together both 1:1 and as a group. However I will also create a workspace where you can access resources, submit questions and complete a reflective journal throughout your time on the programme. If there is interest I’m happy to host some coworking sessions for everyone to work on their journal alongside one another too.
WHAT WILL THE CALLS BE HOSTED ON?
All sessions will be hosted on Zoom, and captions will be enabled. If there is anything I can do to make the programme more comfortable or accessible for you, you’ll be able to share these with me in both your intake form and our 1:1 call.
HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL BE IN THE GROUP?
I’m keeping things cute and contained for this one - a maximum of 6 places with a minimum of 4 signups for the programme to go ahead. If there aren’t enough signups you’ll be refunded your payment and you’ll get a 45 minute free coaching call as a thank you for your interest!
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY ON THE PROGRAMME?
Due to the personal, responsive nature of this programme, there is a no-refund policy. There are some exceptions that will be made for specific situations which are outlined in more detail in the contract. However if you have worked with me before you’ll know I always deliver really high quality experiences for everyone I work with, and I am happy to make minor adaptations if these will enable you to get more from the programme.
